An all-body metabolic interval-circuit workout that has a strength endurance routine to build & tone, and improve functional fitness.
PILATES
Pilates impliments low-impact flexibility exercises, and muscular strength and endruance movements. Improve your core, balance, cardio and endurance with pilates!
HIIT/COMBO
(HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
Burn, tone and build fitness in this all body workout that gets the heart pumping. We incorporate light weights into our cardio workouts as well as target some conditioning and core work for an all-body outcome.
